To ensure the best results, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete business information
- Respond in a timely manner for approvals and feedback
- Provide access to required platforms (ad accounts, CRM, domains, etc.)
- Ensure your business complies with applicable laws and platform policies
We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or incomplete information.
4. Payments & Fees
- All services are provided on a paid basis as agreed upon before project initiation
- Payments must be made in full or as per the agreed payment schedule
- Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
5. Results Disclaimer
While we aim to deliver high-quality results:
- We do not guarantee specific results, including leads, sales, or revenue
- Performance depends on multiple factors including market conditions, offer quality, and client cooperation
- Past performance is not indicative of future results
6. Intellectual Property
- All materials created by Webprov (funnels, pages, ad creatives, systems) remain the property of Webprov until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights will be transferred as agreed
- Webprov reserves the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential:
- Business strategies
- Client data
- Proprietary systems and processes
We will never share your sensitive information without your consent.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our services involve third-party tools such as:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- CRM systems
- Email marketing platforms
We are not responsible for:
- Platform outages or policy changes
- Account restrictions or bans
- Changes in third-party pricing or features
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Webprov is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments are not made
- There is misuse or unethical use of our systems
Clients may also terminate services as per agreed terms, but fees paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
